3. Physical gift card: Receive a physical Flightgift by post. Send it directly to the recipient or yourself to give it in person. We ship daily from the Netherlands with priority mail to any country worldwide.


If you have a remaining amount on your Flightgift, you can use it for another booking. If the booking is more expensive than the value of my Flightgift, you can pay any additional cost at the checkout using your chosen payment method.


If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please send us an email with your booking details. Note that an admin fee applies for cancelation and change requests and it varies depending on the airline policy.


If your flight is canceled by the airline, please contact our Customer Success team. Please note that any refund procedure can take up to 30 days from the day of cancelation. All refunds are returned to the gift card used to make the booking.

Customers may need to purchase multiple eGift cards at once to give away as gifts to large groups of people, like family members, friends, or employees. Customers who need to buy multiple eGift cards at a time can purchase them in bulk from your online eGift card order page.


Once you have configured eGift Cards on your account, you can share your unique eGift Card order page URL with your customers. To locate your order page, please visit the eGift Cards section in your online Square Dashboard and copy the URL that is below the Sell eGift Cards Online toggle switch.


Customers can also order eGift Cards online through the Give and Get Local Directory. The Give and Get Local Directory is a listing of businesses who offer Square eGift Cards. It allows buyers to browse and purchase eGift Cards from local businesses in their area, including your own. If a customer decides to buy an eGift Card to your business through the Give and Get Local Directory, they will be directed to your custom eGift Card order site to complete their purchase.


Through the Square Point of Sale app or Appointments App in person, you can accept eGift Cards by entering the 16-digit redemption code or scanning the barcode found in their original email. Your customers can also use your eGift Cards to place orders through Square Online.


Note: Customers can also reload their eGift Cards online from the original eGift Card email they received or directly from your eGift card order site, which you can find from your Gift Card Settings in your online Square Dashboard. To reload their eGift Card online, customers will need to confirm their eGift Card number, PIN (if applicable) and payment card information.


By applying filters in your online Square Dashboard, you can view in-depth information about gift cards purchased by customers, such as the purchase date, card type, purchase location, last four digits of the card, card balance, last name of purchaser, purchaser email address and more. To apply filters:

If your order was placed less than 1 hour ago, please contact our Guest Education Centre here. If your order was placed over 1 hour ago or has been dispatched and is in transit, we are unable to process the cancellation. If you are 18 or over, you can improve your chances of being offered Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments by ensuring you provide your full name and accurate address details and shipping to your registered billing address. All orders are assessed individually. Just because you have been accepted for Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments before does not mean it will be offered for every order. In turn, if your application for Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments is denied, it does not mean it will be denied for all future orders.


How does the payment schedule work?The first payment is taken from your debit or credit card at the time the merchant confirms your order.
