I've attempted many of the suggestions indicated above. Unfortunately, none of them have fully worked. Some methods brought partial success, but it always ends the same way. Somewhere in the process it kicks out after reporting "Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'rhel-8-for-x86_64-appstream-e4s-debug-rpms'". Now it's 'appstream'; earlier it was 'satellite-tools-6.6'. I've been at this for a few days now, and I believe my next step is going to be to revert back to an earlier snapshot that I created of the VM prior to doing something which seems to have caused a conflict. My choice is to either go that route, or else just scrap the whole thing and start with a new VM. I prefer the snapshot option because I need to verify that the RHEL 8 template I created in vSphere (Content Library) is at least valid. Tired of playing hit and miss. I'll keep y'all posted.
Hi, This issue has not been resolved for me with these commands. I have attempted to remove dnf cache, after creating local repository. Seems to be asking so many BaseOS and Appstream packages and to approve to be removed which I doubt its the right way to hit yes thousands times. So the same error for installation: could not resolve host name for And failed to download meta data for Appstream. By the way, after removing the cache, how do we "upgrade dnf" without internet access where we suppose to do at the exams?! DO WE NEED TO EDIT resolv.conf TO GET THE PACKAGES DOWNLOADED THROUGH LOCAL REPO? Thank you for your help in advance
hi guys, have you succeeded with it yet?I have just installed RHEL8 and trying to use Nexus as a proxy server for external YUM repositories.Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'nexus_baseos': Cannot download repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml: All mirrors were triedWhen I do curl troubleshooting it seems like the external repo doesn't exist:curl -k -v GET _64/appstream/os/repodata/repomd.xml
I had this issue Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'rhel-8-for-x86_64-resilientstorage-rpms'I tried unregister and register via subscription-manager and setting subscription-manager release --set=8.2 for my release version, but still got same error, Even though I had 8.2 version of content enabled on host and as enabled repo on Satellite server. I needed to enable the version 8.0 and 8.3 versions on Satellite and then everything worked... not sure why might have been something else I did as well like sync content on Satellite server for this repo and then re-enable 8.2 version on both host and Satellite host. Anyway worked for me might help others...
If the restart fails, and the log output shows "Disabled via metadata",you are likely running an image from Google Cloud Marketplace, where the Logging agent is disabled by default. Thegoogle-logging-enable instance metadata key controls the Logging agentenablement status, where a value of 0 disables the agent. To re-enablethe agent, either remove the google-logging-enable key or set itsvalue to 1. For more information, seeCreate an instance with the logging agent disabled).
One potential cause to this is if the VM has custom proxy setup. To fix this, refer to the Proxy setup instructionto exclude the Compute Engine Metadata Server (metadata.google.internal, or169.254.169.254) from going through the proxy. If the error persists, thenremove the default Compute Engine service account from the VM and re-add it.
DataRobot displays a table sorted on the anomaly scores (the score from making a prediction with the model). Each row of the table represents a row in the original dataset. From this table, you can identify rows in your original data by searching or you can download the model's predictions (which will have the row ID appended).
If current rates deviate from the published rates by 10% or more, Treasury will issue amendments to this quarterly report. An amendment to a currency exchange rate for the quarter will appear on the report as a separate line with a new effective date. Amendments made at the end of a month can be used for reporting purposes for transactions occurring during the remaining month(s) in the quarter. Example: A currency amended on April 30th will appear on two lines of the report. One line for the original March 31st published rate and another line for the amended rate effective April 30th which would be valid for reporting purposes for May and June transactions. Amendments will also be issued to reflect the establishment of new foreign currencies. Amendments are included in this dataset beginning March 2021.
As root, run yum clean metadata. This will remove a variety of cache files from within /var/cache/yum, including the most recent mirror list and XML definition for each repository. Fresh copies of these metadata files will be fetched the next time you run yum check-update.
At this point, you should be able to run yum check-update successfully, but there's a chance that yum will choose the same problematic mirror again. If this occurs, you can either repeat the yum clean metadata process until things work, or you can tell yum to ignore the bad mirror.
The idea behind this approach is to provide a unified interface for all document approvals. A lot of users, especially those who are not tech-savvy, get really confused by having to navigate between different Laserfiche modules. One minute they are filling out a form or approving a submission, and the next they have to log into the repository, find the document they want and then change a metadata field. This introduces a lot of friction to the user experience!
This activity will insert an entry into a forms upload field on an existing forms instance. This is an advanced activity and requires some SQL knowledge to get the SQL Attribute ID of the field in question. Take note that the compatibility of this activity on future versions of Forms (Works on 10.4+ and 11+) is not guaranteed and custom data insertion into Forms database is not supported by Laserfiche. You can download a trial version here and ask your reseller to assist you with a license if you like it. We've also developed 16 other custom activities in this bundle download that might also be of use to you.
I have tried this and the process runs fine. But when i download the file it has an error. I tried with different types of files. For example if the file is a word document, when we open it we get a blank document. If the file is of PDF format it shows an error saying "failed to load PDF document". Why does this happen.
Splunk provides an Ansible role that installs the package configured to collect data (metrics, traces, and logs) from Linux machines and send that data to Observability Cloud. See Ansible for Linux for the instructions to download and customize the role.
If you want to follow along at home you can download the example project we will be working through from my GitHub repo. We are going to work through 4 different Models changes and see how our migration approach can handle each unique change.
This metadata server allows any processes running on the instance to query Google for information about the instance it runs on and the project it resides in. No authentication is required - default curl commands will suffice.
The metadata server available to a given instance will provide any user/process on that instance with an OAuth token that is automatically used as the default credentials when communicating with Google APIs via the gcloud command.
