NBC Golf Channel - Link 2 Live Stream Online | Golf Streams

Here's how you can access live streams to Golf Channel's coverage this week. Click on the link for direct access to that event (all times ET). The times represent the live streams and the televised coverage. For events that are tape-delayed, the coverage times are also noted.

The 2022 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship is the latest event of the 2022 DP World Tour schedule, and you can watch online the whole tournament from the Old Course at St. Andrews in Fife, Scotland. With online streams from NBC and Golf Channel, you have no excuse to miss a minute of the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship action.

Fans can follow the PGA TOUR on PGATOUR.COM, the No. 1 site in golf, on the PGA TOUR app and on social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram (in English, Spanish and Korean), LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, WeChat, Weibo, Toutiao, Douyin and LINE.

The channel focuses on coverage of the sport of golf, including live coverage of tournaments, as well as factual and instructional programming. It is the cable television rightsholder of the PGA Tour, LPGA Tour, and PGA European Tour, and also holds rights to selected USGA tournaments and the NCAA Division I golf championships. Since 2016, it has also participated in NBC's coverage of the Summer Olympics, focusing on its golf competitions.

Via the Golf Channel unit, Comcast also owns other golf-related businesses, including the course reservation service GolfNow, online golf instruction provider Revolution Golf, and the World Long Drive Championship. Some of these associated properties operate from the network's former home of Orlando, Florida.

On June 8, 2015, it was announced that NBC Sports had acquired rights to The Open Championship beginning in 2017 under a 12-year deal;[27] after former broadcaster ESPN opted out of the final year of rights, NBC began coverage in 2016 instead.[28] Early round coverage is aired by Golf Channel, which marked the first time ever that Golf Channel had ever broadcast one of the four Men's major golf championships.[27] On May 3, 2016, NBC announced that Golf Channel would air the bulk of the men's and women's golf tournaments for the 2016 Summer Olympics, covering up to 300 hours of the tourney, with 130 of those hours live.[29]

In 2016, Golf Channel acquired the World Long Drivers Association, organizer of the World Long Drive Championships; coverage of its events were subsequently added to the network.[30] In 2017, Golf Channel acquired Revolution Golf, an online provider of golf instructional materials.[31]

In February 2019, Golf Channel announced a new subscription service known as GolfPass. The service will feature a variety of content, including a streaming library of archive content, instructional content, as well as special offers (such as credit for free round of golf per-year, and a premium tier offering additional discounts). Rory McIlroy will also be involved in the service, hosting new instructional content for GolfPass, as well as an autobiographical web series.[33][34]

Since its integration with NBC Sports, Golf Channel has been infrequently used as an overflow channel for non-golf programming, including two games of the 2018 Stanley Cup playoffs (due to programming conflicts with USA Network and CNBC), and as part of NBC's "Championship Sunday" effort to televise all matches on the final matchday of the Premier League soccer season.[42][43]

A British version of the channel called Golf Channel UK was operated by sporting goods retailer JJB Sports, and was available on the BSkyB satellite service. It broadcast many of the programs seen on the U.S. channel, but was unable to attract a viable audience as it offered few live golf tournaments; the channel shut down on December 31, 2007.[citation needed]

For weekday coverage: The only authorized means of accessing Golf Channel in Canada as of this writing is through a cable, satellite, fibre, or similar TV service provider. If you are subscribed to such a provider and that provider offers streaming access to its channels (such as Bell's Fibe TV app), you may be able to stream Golf Channel that way. But without such a TV service, you will be out of luck for the first two rounds, at least in terms of authorized streaming options (with the possible exception of the specialty streams on discussed a bit further down).

That is correct, but only in the United States. Following the shutdown of its general sports channel NBCSN at the end of 2021, NBCUniversal decided to move some of its cable coverage of marquee sports events to USA Network. As part of this move, Golf Channel's coverage of the U.S. Open golf tournament moved to USA in June 2022, and coverage of The Open will be doing the same, leaving Golf Channel free to cover week-to-week events on other tours.

DirecTV Stream is expensive. It's the priciest of the five major live TV streaming services, but it's also the one with the most RSNs and offers the most for sports fanatics. Its cheapest, $75-a-month Plus package includes the major networks as well as ESPN, TNT, FS1 and TBS. You'll need to move up to the $100-a-month Choice plan to get any available RSN and many league channels such as the Big Ten network and NBA TV. You can use its channel lookup tool to see which local channels and RSNs are available in your area.

Peacock, owned by NBC, offers some live sports to go along with its on-demand entertainment. The $5-a-month Premium tier gives users access to English Premier League soccer, the Olympics, Sunday Night Football, select WWE events, Indy Car races and some PGA golf tournaments. The service also airs a few other less popular sports, such as rugby, figure skating, cycling and track and field. Access to Sunday Night Football is great during the season, but for most of the year the platform is best suited for soccer and wrestling fans.

The field of 156 (depending upon the number who withdraw for injury or other reasons) will be reduced to the leading 70 competitors by Saturday. NBC will feature live coverage from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. (EDT) Saturday and 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. Sunday when officials of the R&A bestow the title champion golfer of the year. 041b061a72
