The upper terrace of 30sqm works out has a solarium and viewpoint, with an amazing 360-degree view.This apartment is located on the 5th floor of a residential building, with a small elevator (until the 4th floor).

Of the four cities we visited, this was the largest apartment we stayed in during our three week adventure. We had plenty of space and storage, and appreciated the terrace and view after a day of touring Seville. The beds were very comfortable and the lighting throughout the rooms was plentiful. We had a problem one morning with vacillating hot and cold water in the shower, but the other three days it seemed fine. And although we were very close to restaurants, bars, and plazas, once we closed the door, it was very quiet inside the apartment, thus we had no problem sleeping. Having a washer was a definite plus too as was the well-working air conditioners.Sol Terrace I is within walking distance of most tourist attractions such as the Cathedral and Alcazar, which is not to be missed. The El Rinconcillo Bar, originating in 1670, was a two minute walk away and a nice place to meet a diverse group of people. The Sierras and Tetuan shopping areas are walkable as is the Triana Bridge and Plaza de Espana, which is an impressive ceramic tiled square near Parc Maria Luisa. A tour of the White Villages topped off our itinerary.The friendly apartment staff answered all questions and provided an informative booklet once we arrived. We would stay here again if we visit Seville in the future.

It takes from 3 to 15 minutes leisurely walk to all major tourist sights, starting with the National Theatre, the National Museum, pedestrian zone Knez Mihailovea, Kalemegdan fortress, Skadarlija- bohemian zone, famous Strahinjica bana street .... Nearby you can refresh in the most diverse restaurants or spend your time in the clubs, discos and cafes. If you are willing to cook yourself, you can buy fresh fruits, vegetablesand meat on the one of the city's best open green markets, Bajloni. Near the apartment there are a few grocery shops, bakeries and fast food restaurants, so choice is yours. If you want to walk along the river andenjoy at one of the many floats, you need just a 15-minute walk to the from the Danube quay, where if you want, you can also ride a bike or rollerblades.
